DIAL currently has 4 full time and 1 part time employees. Two employees operate their own individual projects whilst working as part of a larger team interacting with each other and volunteers. There are currently fourteen volunteers that work at DIAL, all fully trained and with relevant experience of disability.
Manager, Jan Stevens – Main duties include the organisation and monitoring of the daily running of DIAL. Responsibilities include the running of the office, organisation of events, meeting with clients, partners and funders, representing DIAL at meetings and formal events, fundraising and overseeing the progression of DIAL and services being offered across all offices.Training and Development Officer, Ev Coe – Responsible for devising and implementing individual and overall group training procedures for new and existing volunteers. Her duties include the development of both a manual and computerised internal system to improve DIAL’s services offered to clients. She also supports staff and volunteers through difficult issues and oversees staff and volunteer safety.
Information Officer/Admin - Christine Tarbard - Providing our clients with the one to one assistance that they need and attending to the admin roles needed to help the smooth running of the office.
